Returns:  NO REFUNDS. Returned items need to be in original condition with receipt and will be accepted within 30 days of purchase for store credit only. Books, patterns, accessories and needles are not returnable. Sale items are final sale. There are no exceptions.

 

By purchasing, downloading and using an ITL (In The Loop) pattern you agree to the following:

 

IN THE LOOP PATTERNS TERMS OF USE

 

All purchasable patterns are available as PDF's and are available for download and will expire after 72 hours.

The PDF Pattern ("the pattern") you purchased from In The Loop is copyrighted material - all rights reserved.

 

For PDF purchases, you are granted a limited license to use the pattern only on the computer you downloaded it to and to print out a copy of the pattern with all copyright and trademark notices intact, for personal, individual use only.

 

Link sharing and/or file distribution is expressly forbidden.

 

Do not email the pattern to anyone else. This is a violation of copyright.

 

The pattern is not to be downloaded or printed out by yarn shops, any commercial entity, library or guild for a customer, for sale or for free, without explicit written permission from ITL.

 

The PDF file is not transferrable or swappable.

 

The pattern is not to be used in any class without written permission from ITL.

 

In Whole or Part: Using the pattern in any way as the basis for another pattern, modification of & re-publishing the pattern, transmitting, posting or uploading this pattern online, in whole or part, to a forum, list service, library or database is strictly prohibited and is a violation of copyright.

 

The page layouts and all content of the pattern, including but not limited to photographs, text, numeric details and graphics are protected by US and International law as copyrighted collective works.

 

You are not allowed to produce patterns or make garments from this pattern then sell them anywhere.

 

ITL encourages the user to save their PDF file in a location on their computer hard drive that will be easy to find and access and print out a backup.

 

ITL patterns are provided in PDF (portable document format) and are opened with the Adobe Acrobat Reader program. This program is included as a basic program on almost all computers. If you do not have it, it can be downloaded for free here:  http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

 

Each of the patterns are rated for experience levels, proofed and test knitted before they are posted.
